This ticket is a revocable license that only grants entry into the venue for the specified event of The Pennsylvania State University ("Penn State") associated with this ticket ("Event"). Tickets may not be purchased for the primary purpose of resale and may be cancelled at the discretion of Penn State Athletics. By purchasing or using this ticket, the ticketholder ("Holder") agrees to these ticket terms on behalf of the Holder and any accompanying minor. All individuals, including infants and children of any age, must have a ticket for admission. Holder is subject to Penn State Athletics rules and policies made available at
www.GoPSUsports.com and any additional rules and regulations established for the specified venue or Event. No refund or other remedy will be provided or available to a ticketholder who is ejected or refused entry due to disorderly conduct or failure to comply with these ticket terms or any security policies prior to or following entry.
Lost, stolen, destroyed, damaged, or counterfeit tickets will not be honored. All sales are final. Reentry into the venue is prohibited. The opponent, date, and time of the Event is subject to change and under no circumstance will a refund or other remedy be provided. If the Event is cancelled and not rescheduled, the sole and exclusive remedy is a refund of the face value of the ticket. IN NO EVENT SHALL PENN STATE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY AMOUNT PAID IN EXCESS OF FACE VALUE TO A THIRD PARTY FOR THIS TICKET. Persons selling or reselling in violation of any applicable city, county or state regulations, ordinances and laws are subject to arrest and prosecution. Tickets may not be used for any advertising, promotion, or other trade or commercial purposes (including contests, sweepstakes, and giveaways) without the prior written consent of Penn State.
The Holder and their belongings may be searched upon entry into the venue and/or other security checkpoints. By tendering this ticket, the Holder hereby consents to all searches and agrees to comply with all security policies and directives, including the applicable bag policy. If the Holder elects not to consent to searches or comply with security policies, Holder will be denied entry into the venue. Holder agrees that he/she may be denied entry or ejected from the venue if found in possession of any item that Penn State deems dangerous or hazardous, including but not limited to, alcoholic beverages, bottles, cans, containers, laser pointers, irritants (e.g., noise makers), umbrellas, and weapons. Prohibited items will be confiscated. Holder agrees to abide by all rules regarding the use of signs and banners for the Event.
The Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incident to the Event as well events prior to or after the Event, including the risk of personal injury and loss or damage to property, and releases and forever discharges Penn State, its trustees, officers, employees, and agents, from any responsibility or liability therefor.
Holder agrees not to transmit or aid in transmitting any photograph, image, video, audio, or other description or account (whether text, data, visual or aural) in any media of any or all of the Event. Reproduction, transmission, or other distribution of any or all of the Event by, to, or for any commercial enterprise, and any public performance or display, direct or indirect, are also strictly prohibited. Holder hereby grants to Penn State and its designees the perpetual and irrevocable permission to use Holder's image, voice or likeness in connection in any media now or hereafter existing in connection with all or part of the Event or related events, for any purpose whatsoever including the commercial purposes of Penn State, its sponsors, licensees, advertisers and broadcasters.
ATTENTION:
The Pennsylvania State University requires adherence to its policies at all times while on Penn State property or attending University events. Penn State has issued rules and precautions which follow, or may in some cases exceed, guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) issued in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. By attending or participating in this program, event, or activity, you agree to adhere to such guidance and policies, you acknowledge the risk of being exposed to or infected by COVID-19, and you assume any and all such risk.
As of
July 7, 2022, this guidance includes basic health, safety, and sanitation measures (staying home when sick, washing/sanitizing hands often, etc.) in addition to
wearing a face mask while in healthcare facilities and certain research facilities and labs.
Per CDC guidance,
Penn State may impose additional or alternative requirements, including masking at certain locations, depending on community spread at the Program’s location.
You agree to comply with any directive from Penn State representatives regarding masking or other mitigation measures while participating in the Program.
You must adhere to these protocols regardless of vaccination status.
YOUR PRESENCE AT THIS PROGRAM, EVENT, OR ACTIVITY INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ADHERE TO ALL UNIVERSITY POLICIES, INCLUDING HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICIES SUCH AS MASKING IF APPLICABLE, AND YOUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT THAT YOU ARE VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROGRAM, EVENT, OR ACTIVITY. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THE CONTAGIOUS NATURE OF COVID-19 AND ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISK OF EXPOSURE TO OR INFECTION BY IT OR ANY VARIANT THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, SEVERE COMPLICATIONS, PERMANENT DISABILITY, AND/OR DEATH.
